As part of our continuing effort to bring the best technology and service to our members, we upgraded our Card Fraud Detection and Notification System on June 2, 2014. Please read on to learn how this benefits you.
What does the new system do for me? The new security system will enhance your card protection by notifying you immediately when fraud is suspected using a state-of-the-art automated assistant that will help you review transactions and confirm spending activity on your PPCU Debit Card.
How does it work? If fraud is suspected on your card, you will receive a call from our automated assistant. Please work with her to answer questions regarding your card activity in question. If the suspicious transactions are identified as fraudulent, your call will be transferred to our Card Member Security team who will help you take the necessary precautions to protect your cards and related accounts. If the activity is legitimate, you may close the case using your touch-tone phone.
