Pacific Postal Credit Union Drawing Rules and Regulations: 

No purchase necessary to enter or win. Pacific Postal Credit Union’s (referred to as PPCU or Credit Union) prize drawing is open to individuals age 18 years or older. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By participating, entrants agree to be bound by these official rules which exclusively govern all aspects of this campaign. 

Campaign runs June 1 - August 2, 2021. To enter, participants must refer a member who joins during the campaign time frame or be a new member who joins during campaign time frame.  

The Credit Union will randomly select three winners each week and award the published weekly prizes. Non-winning entries will be rolled over to the following week. PPCU, in our sole discretion, reserves the right to disqualify entries containing content that we deem inappropriate. The odds of becoming a winner depends on number of eligible entries. 

Prize acceptance is limited to eligible persons who are 18 years or older, U.S. residents, and members of PPCU. By submitting any entry you agree to be bound by these Official Rules. PPCU employees are not eligible to enter. All winners will be notified by PPCU. The winners will be selected by random drawing from among the eligible entrants received. The selection of the winners hereunder will be final. If any prize is unclaimed after 10 days of notice, an alternate winner will be chosen. No prize transfer or cash redemption. Income taxes and all other unspecified expenses are sole responsibility of winners. The prize will be awarded only if entrants comply with these Official Rules. No cash or other consideration will be paid. Void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. 

The winner, members of any winner’s household, relatives and persons who use any prize awarded by the Credit Union, and such persons heirs, assigns, executors, and administrators release and exempt the Credit Union and its directors, officers, employees and agents from any and all claims, actions, demands, choices in action and damages which they have now or any time in the future arising from use of any prize, including personal injury or death. 

Pacific Postal Credit Union is not liable for lost, delayed, damaged, misdirected, illegible or incomplete entries or for theft or destruction or unauthorized access or alterations of entry materials, phone, electrical, network, computer, hardware, software program or transmission malfunctions, failures or difficulties. By participating, each entrant and winner waives any and all claims of liability against PPCU and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, subsidiaries and agents for any personal injury or other loss which may occur from the conduct of or participation in the drawing or from the use of prize.
