We’re evolving to better reflect who we are today and where we’re headed. The new name, F3 Credit Union (Family, Friends, and Future), honors our past, celebrates our present, and looks forward to growth and innovation while staying true to our mission.

No, your account number, online banking credentials, and all services will remain the same. This change will not disrupt your access or account features.
3. Is the credit union under new ownership?
No, we are still the same member-owned credit union.
This is just a rebranding to reflect our growth and commitment to you.
4. What happens to checks, debit cards, or other items with the old name?
You can continue to use checks and debit/credit cards with our old name until they expire or you need replacements. Over time, these will transition to reflect the F3 Credit Union brand.

We remain dedicated to serving postal and civil service employees and their families, while expanding membership to include anyone who lives, works, attends school, or worships in Santa Clara County. The rebrand also brings enhanced services, a modernized digital experience, and innovative financial products to better meet your needs.
9. Is my money still safe with the credit union?
Absolutely. Your deposits are still federally insured up to $250,000 by the National Credit Union Administration (NCUA), and we remain committed to financial stability.
